About Aida
Aida Saldivar is an excellent communicator with a passion for Real Estate. She understands that buying or selling a home or investment property is the most important decision in someone’s life. Aida is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She grew up in Puerto Rico, where she obtained a B.S. in Psychology, and later received an M.S. in Counseling at Cal State University, Sacramento. She has traveled extensively: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, England, France, Haiti, Italy, Ireland, Mexico, Venezuela, and the Caribbean. Aida has lived in the Sacramento-Davis area for the last 32 years.
Aida worked at the University of California, Davis for over 25 years. As a Student Affairs Officer she advised and marketed international programs to UC students. At UC Davis she was recognized as someone with integrity, professionalism, and high ethics. She then joined forces with Coldwell Banker, not only because it is the best in the Real Estate business worldwide, but because it distinguishes itself as giving the best service to its customers.
Aida is presently a member of the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; is affiliated with the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce; and volunteers with the Sacramento World Trade Center. She is a licensed realtor and also received Coldwell Banker’s CASA Specialist Designation. She is also team captain of the “Neighborhood Watch” program in her area of residence. |
